1.  You need to book a consultation appointment with us.
2. Once you have consulted with Dr van Rooyen you will receive a quotation via e-mail (This usually takes 3-5 days).
3. You will receive three quotes:
   • Dr van Rooyen's quote.
   • A quote for the theatre.
   • A quote from the anesthesiologist.
4. The cost of the procedure would then be the sum of the three quotes.
5. If you choose to accept the quotation you can enquire about a possible theatre date via e-mail or telephonically.
6. Once you have confirmed a date for the procedure, you are required to pay a R1000 theatre deposit which should be deducted from the total.
7. The balance should be paid in full a week before the procedure.
8. We will contact you a week before your theatre date to confirm your theatre time.
9. With your quotes you will receive theatre rules and regulations which include important pre- and post-operative information. READ THIS THOROUGHLY.
10. NB: Some of these guidelines may not apply to reconstructive patients.
